Greg Felton has had a wide and varied musical career over the last decade, and has been fortunate enough to perform across the globe in bands, orchestras and in a variety of events. In the last few years, Greg has set up and conducted two modern hip-hop and funk orchestras, directed session musicians, led music and dance workshops, filmed and edited music videos, and has performed in a number of professional function bands. In 2007 he set up an online recording project for young singers, called ‘Backbeat Candy’, which has achieved over 20,000 downloads in the last year and helped to promote many new artistes.

Training initially as a percussionist, Greg began to widen his musical knowledge into music production, orchestration, fixing and arranging, and pop music, whilst performing in contemporary dance companies in London. His studies into contemporary percussion led him to a discovery of ‘Body Percussion’, which he plans to develop further as a ‘performing instrument’.
