Welcome to the homepage of CYMBOLIC Percussion Ensemble
About UsCymbolic is our beginner percussion ensemble for younsters aged 6-11. This is the perfect ensemble for youngsters who have never played a musical instrument before and focusses on teaching the basic skills of reading music & the history of the percussion instruments. We provide great opportunities for youngsters to make lots of new friends and to grow in confidence.
We take workshops with professional musicians and rehearse every other week on Saturday mornings from 9.30-10.30am. There is a small membership fee to assist with covering our costs for uniforms and insurance. You can read more about the team behind Cymbolic below. The Showcase Companies are committed to offering more gifted and talented students the oppotunity to learn the skills of conducting & directing an ensemble.
